Exchange & Returns


We don't accept returns or exchanges. So please be sure about your order (i.e size/color) before placing it.

Refunds will only be done for preorder item which went out of stock after placing order. The process will take 7 days and will be refunded via the original payment mode. 

We check the products before mailing out to you but if you still receive a defective product or we sent you the wrong product, then we will issue a full refund or do an exchange for that product. 

  • For a full refund, please mail the product back to us and we will refund you via the original mode of payment within 7 days. Postage costs will be covered by us. 
  • For an exchange, please mail the product back to us with postage costs covered by us. Upon receiving the wrong product, we will courier the correct product to you at no additional costs. Product can only be exchanged provided that it is in new and original condition with its original packaging.
